localism: Positivity for Cleveland? - 04/15/08 05:32 AM

After reading my local paper this morning in regards to an article, questioning the public who have faced foreclosure if they were forced into apartments. http://www.news-herald.com/site/news.cfm?newsid=19484758&BRD=1698&PAG=461&dept_id=21849&rfi=6 They asked for feedback. We have been working very hard brainstorming new ideas each and everyday in regards to our marketing.
We are so excited we just wanted to take the time to announce that we have managed to place our listings on 40 different websites via the interent and that does not include the normal sucn as realtor.com, howardhanna.com or prudential.com.

I am taking a survey for Realtors and Consumers....... Realtors - What do you believe is the worst mistake you have made or even expierenced in the past with your buyers and sellers? localism: Stats - - - "~Got To See Them~" - 11/09/07 09:10 AM

Leslie Appleton Young (Chief Economist and VP of The California Associaton of Realtors) posted an analysis on rismedia that I found very exciting.
In her words "If You Currently believe the Internet is the #1 factor to Real-Estate" YOU ARE RIGHT!!!
The statistics below are trends since 2000. "If Your Not On The Internet You Will Not Be Found"
- 94% of Internet buyers found their agent on a website
- 63% Found them on an Internet Search
- 0% of Internet buyers found their agent through brochures, flyer's, yard signs or mailers.
- In 2000, 28% of people said they used the Internet as a … (8 comments)

localism: Hopes and Dreams!!!! - 11/08/07 01:39 PM
Being a Realtor is very rewarding.
As, I write tonight it's amazing on how many lives you can touch by helping someone sell a home to move on to their next purchase because they have outgrown the current home they are in, or helping someone sell their home because they are facing foreclosure and stopping the whole process, or helping a buyer buy a home that they could of never imagined being in when the were currently renting and the home they just purchased is their own for less then what the could rent.
I think alot of times many realtors get discourged … (0 comments)
