What do you like and dislike about Real Estate Agents you have worked with in the Past?

You know, before I became a Real Estate Professional, I had not worked with many agents.  So when I became a Realtor, I would ask people, what they liked and what they disliked about the agents they had worked with in the past. Here is a condensed list.  Let me know if you agree or disagree or if you would like to add to the list.   This is for other agents also.  Thank you.

Likes:                             

Someone who knows the real estate constracts.

Someone who communicates well.

Someone who knows the market well.

Someone who is honest and upfront.

Dislikes:

An Agent who does not communicate

An Agent who does not seem comfortable with the contracts

An Agent who does not show them the property styles that they have asked for.

An Agent who acts very unprofessional.
