Happy Holidays - Even if they’re Red, White, and Blue’ish.

As you know, I live with faith and am a spreader of light. But to keep it genuine, my family and I are going through challenging times. Because of my studies, I believe that “everything is a miracle” – hence, opportunity in disguise. With that knowledge, I know that the royal ass beating I’m taking is seasoning me for something glittery and bright. I’m aware that everything I’m experiencing is simply spiritual warfare designed to help me grow and ensure that I’m prepared for the success and love that is to come.

It’s my daily mission to change lives, not sell real estate. While my career in RE is lovely, my wider-world agenda is to stand out and inspire people to be themselves. The emails I receive are incredible. From students telling me that I inspire them to stay in school to people ill with disease telling me they fight on against “conforming” because of my attitude on my videos - for me, life has become humbling. As I’m writing this VVLREU, I received an email from a kid in a big city who hasn’t had health insurance for three years, works a dead-end job, and can’t seem to escape the vicious circle he is forced into (out of fear). He told me that my videos have inspired him to no longer accept that reality, and that he now demands more out of his life. He's an example of why I do the crazy things I do. To show that life will give you whatever you want out of it, you just need to learn to allow it in. You have to learn to let go.

I've been attending political functions and meeting soldiers. I ask them questions and listen. These men and women are thrilled to have someone to speak to about the country, their wars, etc. I don't know where my career is taking me but I know it's up. I'm reuniting with my old music partner Chamber to release a new (politically charged) CD under our group Room 47. Also, I sometimes feel like a politician.

Nevada Congressman Aaron Auxier? Oh heck, let’s just get to the latest gobbledygook shall we?

Being nothing yet something.

Regarding my career and spirituality, I’m incomplete yet complete, nothing yet something. True enlightenment is to be nothing - to have no ego. While to some people it may appear I have a major ego, that is their privilege to judge. It's not my right to convince anyone of anything – it's purely up to the recipient to interpret what it is they view in life and why.

I’m having tons of fun in life and career. Do I misfire? Yup. Do some people take some of my antics out of context? Certainly. My approach to life and business is simply to live in passion. With that kind of approach comes risk. Not everyone will get it every time.

It’s my hope that those who get my approach find it refreshing and encouraging. It’s why I call it “Realtainment”. Almost all of us are going through some kind of responsibility right now. For me, life is all about being entertained. There is only one other way, and that is to not be entertained – hence being bored and boring.

For those who think I’m a moron, you’re correct. For those who do not think I’m a moron, you’re correct. Thank you to both – because that is what makes the world unique. Everything is whatever you want it to be. Life is actually much easier than most people realize. There are only two choices for every situation - Light, or Not Light.

When it comes to interpretation, I merely represent the opportunity of choice. Some people live their entire lives without ever seeing the “contrast” that comes their way for what it is – opportunity to shrink ego. To become nothing yet something.

CityCenter is officially open – Aaron Auxier is unofficially banned. Damn fashion shoots.

After 5 years of waiting, as of today (December 1, 2009), CityCenter is officially in “operation mode”. After half a decade of construction, anticipation, and hope – the Vegas-changing mega resort has become reality. That is great news. Because it was such a massive construction project (the country’s largest), and since MGM MIRAGE was able to finish it (even though our planet was struck with the worst global crisis since the extinction of the dinosaurs 65 million years ago), CityCenter stands as a beacon of hope. It shows that mankind truly “has what it takes”. Starting today, when it comes to eco-friendly, sustainable living, Sin City represents earth’s leader (see links section for articles on Veer Towers, ARIA Resort & Casino, Mandarin Oriental, Vdara, and Crystals all winning Gold LEED Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council).

Sadly, after pledging a half decade of my career to the project, I may no longer be allowed to participate in the sales of condos at Mandarin Oriental, Vdara, and Veer Towers. I’m not complaining, just being honest and upfront. Somehow, after my work of becoming one of the Top 10 selling agents at CityCenter (and #1 at the celebrity-oriented The Harmon), during the week it opens, I’ve managed to get myself banned from CityCenter - LOL.

While it can be said we’ve had several issues over the years, my latest stunt is what did the trick. You see, a fashion photographer flew to town to shoot my cousin toP haT and I goofing off on the Strip (for a show in Toronto). Well, being the fun loving guys we are - we fulfilled a life-long fantasy - to see what it felt like to be one of those “smut slappers” on the Strip. So, there we were, smut peddling “Daisy” and “LeXXXie” across the street from the $10 billion CityCenter when we decided to shoot some video for my YouTube channel Sin City 90210.

Anyhoo, after toP haT explained to tourists how times are hard and Vegas needs their help (and how they could probably get a good discount on “Bambi”), I explained how I had condos at Veer Towers and Mandarin Oriental for 30 percent off. True, honest, and authentic? Not everyone had that interpretation. The beauty of choice.

When I was asked to remove the smutfully likable video (see video in links section), I explained I was not willing as the Strip is a public street and I’m a free American. When I was told I could face being banned, my decision became even easier – to hold my ground.

I have no hard feelings towards MGM MIRAGE should they officially ban me. They spent billions on CityCenter and it is their right to choose who can sell it. By selecting me as one of the original “Preferred Agents” they gave me a privilege. I’ve enjoyed selling CityCenter and am thankful to MGM MIRAGE for the opportunity.

Losing my privilege to sell at CityCenter is a personal sacrifice I’m willing to make (in order to show others that leadership is not comfortable). I always share with my readers how to lead, thrive, and stand up to status quo, right? I study books such as Personality Not Included, Tribes, and The Dip by new-age leadership gurus like Seth Godin, correct? Then how would it look if I harmonized with society for my own self gain? This was a good moment for me to demonstrate to people that it is OK to be yourself. Not everyone will get you, but those who do will love you.

Hopefully I will still be able to sell CityCenter, but if not, like I said, no hard feelings. I still encourage everyone to support and enjoy the project. It’s being met with acclaim and is great for the U.S.A.

Theme, dine, party, heal, shop. Then, repeat.

It’s my opinion that Las Vegas needs to stay crazy, diverse, and adult. By no means should we quit being a theme. Theme does not mean made for children. By themed I mean continuing to create a four-mile stretch of resorts that entice tourists to return, dine, party, lounge at the spa, and then shop.

In addition to all the silly videos I make, I'm starting to film quite serious videos including tips for buying in Vegas, what you sacrifice by going straight to a developer, intangibles of Vegas, why I do what I do, my ground-level thoughts about the city, questions on my personal life, information and news on communities, and more. I choose to interpret boutique high-end as nothing more than another theme. The simple adding of spa, extravagant shopping, and luxury in with volcanoes, pyramids, and pirate ships.

How do you interpret the New Vegas?

Vegas sucked in 2009.

From the moment we started the year with crummy fireworks from the ground (rather than from hotel roofs like normal) we were doomed. Somehow, “America’s Party” became lame and scared. For reasons only known by wimps, the craziest city in the United States became “by the book”. Thankfully, we woke up. Once again, Vegas is marketing itself correctly. We needn’t pretend to be something we’re not.

Us Vegas locals are a humbled people. Three years ago, we all went out and bought Range Rovers (and have all pretty much had to get rid of them). However, what I can tell you is this - those of us that are still here? We earned our right in this city. We have figured out how to survive in this "place". You survive here by making connections. As opposed to big-ticket cities like Los Angeles and New York (which are based around how much money you have), Vegas has always been about who you know.

I have used the last year to listen to the street, listen to my clients, and network myself with the right people (naturally, this helps my clients). I know the niche of the luxury real estate market in Vegas and will have you living like you were the snotty beneficiary of a $350 million inheritance.

And yes, fireworks return to rooftops for New Years 2010.

Created in God's image, men were created to stand for the greater good. While important for growth, war is not central in a real man's life. I’m at peace with being an individual. Actually, in "new-age" spirituality and marketing, stability has become a liability. Stability scares consumers as they now realize that "status quo" is what destroyed America (doing nothing is the biggest risk you can take). People now seek cutting edge. A revolution is taking place.

One of the reasons I enjoy my piercings is that I feel it is a fair approach to others. An approach that displays I’m more of an artist than a typical person in sales. Without me saying a word, it gives someone the choice to contact me or to look for someone else. I do not like sales. What I enjoy about real estate is the marketing and relationship building. I enjoy introducing people, sharing secrets and tips on how to by luxury real estate in Vegas, and creating a buzz about what it is that I do. It’s the way I paint.

Everything is a miracle. Only the ego can make opportunity appear as challenge. Only ego can make one judge. Feeling uncomfortable is a sign you are leading. Accept, love, grow. Live within nirvana.

Glad to see media starting to report condotel separately from residential (although it kind of mixes in residential at bottom and could confuse some). Like it or not, the reality is condotel is severely crashing and has approx. twice the number of units in town as opposed to true high-rise residential. And I warned everyone of this 5 years ago too. Sapele wood floors with mink marble and river-stone floor accents will create a sleek and modern look throughout the space.

Crystals is World’s Largest LEED® Gold Certified Retail District

LAS VEGAS – October 22, 2009 – Crystals, the retail and entertainment district at CityCenter, has achieved LEED®† Gold Core & Shell certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), making it the world’s largest retail district to receive this level of recognition. Opening in December, CityCenter was created with a vision to introduce a new level of environmental consciousness to the world-famous Strip and has emerged as a leader in sustainable urban development. Crystals’ achievement marks the fourth LEED Gold certification for CityCenter; previous recipients included 1. ARIA Resort’s hotel tower, 2. ARIA’s convention center and theater, and 3. Vdara Hotel & Spa. CityCenter is poised to achieve a combination of LEED Gold and Silver ratings throughout its remaining hotels, residences, dining and public spaces.

Under the LEED for Core & Shell rating system, USGBC evaluated the entire district with the exception of the tenants’ interior spaces. This enables tenants to capitalize on green strategies implemented throughout Crystals, including energy and water efficiencies, enhanced indoor air quality, sustainable building materials and an abundance of natural light.

• Annually, Crystals will save an estimated 1.8 million gallons of water within the building through efficient water fixtures. This equates to a savings of nearly 38 percent over existing building codes

Featuring more than 12,000 square feet of space with floor-to-ceiling windows and the most technologically-advanced amenities, the new hotel can accommodate gatherings as intimate as 20 guests or as grand as 600 attendees. Mandarin Oriental’s legendary service will ensure that every detail of each event will be executed beautifully.

With its ideal location at the gateway of CityCenter, the dazzling new urban resort destination, Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas will be a sophisticated sanctuary of modern elegance in the midst of the glittering city. The chic 47-story, non-gaming hotel and residential property will offer indulgent experiences in dining, relaxation and accommodation, and will be easily accessible from McCarran International Airport, a quick 10 minutes away. Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas will have 392 luxurious guestrooms and suites, all with state-of-the-art, environmentally conscious technology, including work desk auxiliary panels that allow business travelers to easily connect devices to audio, USB, VGA cable and HDMI outlets. Up-to-the-minute audiovisual systems and computerized temperature controls will allow meeting and event planners to make simple adjustments. To promote communication, planners can program personalized messages and displays on flat panel screens outside each function room or in each guestroom. Meeting attendees can also view a tape of the day’s session or hear from their chairman via a secure channel in their guestroom. The accomplishment completes the certification process for all CityCenter components opening this December, and marks the highest LEED achievement by any hotel, retail district or residential development in Las Vegas. The 18-million-square-foot metropolis is one of the world’s largest sustainable communities.

LAS VEGAS – November 13, 2009 – The Forest Stewardship Council-US (FSC-US®) has honored CityCenter as the best commercial project of 2009 in the fifth annual Designing & Building with FSC Awards. The awards recognize entities that are committed to using sustainably harvested wood and creating a marketplace that promotes environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial and economically viable forest management. CityCenter’s dedication to the use of FSC-certified wood products is unprecedented in scale and resulted in a significant market transformation.

“We are honored to be recognized as this year’s top commercial project,” said Cindy Ortega, senior vice president of MGM MIRAGE’s Energy and Environmental Services. “Sustainability has been at the forefront of every design and construction decision for CityCenter, and due to our high demand for responsibly harvested FSC-certified wood, numerous local companies have transformed their business practices, thereby opening channels for future sustainable projects.”

Due to its size and buying power, construction of the 18-million-square-foot CityCenter development expanded the local and domestic FSC wood supply markets, which will serve to open channels to future projects interested in purchasing FSC-certified wood. Greetings fellow keyboarders. How are you? I didn't have time to write much (or include many links) this month. The good news is that I'm wanted (which means I'm out there, getting rid of pollution, and challenging the institution). If you like the attitude for which I stand, I ask for your hand. I ask you to rise up, encourage self actualization, and to join my pack.

I do not apologize for being the only one of me and the most connected agent in the city of Sin. I play to win and always grin. It's just life, I accept my energy. I didn't become successful until I learned that it was ok to just be me. It is ok to be the best and to be confident of your accomplishments.

I encourage everyone to live free of fear, free of judgment, and free of being afraid to fully let go. I'm proof that it works. I lead my own life, am the leader of my own team, and take care of my family. I live within inner circles, yet am as humbled as a human can be. I'm better than no man, woman, child, bacteria, animal, or tree. We are one.

Even when I was called crazy (well, I'm called it often), I just continued forward and my career has become incredible. Did you know that it's estimated that only 5 percent of those closest to you truly want you to succeed? EGO is a bitch. Want to receive a great gift this holiday season? Ignore others' fear and pay specific attention to your feelings.

Happily, after six years of trying to share my message about several important intangibles of Las Vegas, I was able to get a big journalist to listen. And while I refrained from calling anyone out (Aaron 2.0 lives in love), I was encouraged, yet not surprised, it took a global-type journalist to listen.

The above photo is me filming for the Travel Channel and/or NBC News in So. Cal with Chuck Henry last week on the Vegas Strip (I grew up watching this guy in LA). With Chuck, I shared encouraging (often neglected) info about my city.

I want to let you know that my cousin toP haT and I have spent much time in "the field". What does that mean? It means we've been going out and strengthening strategic relationships with crucial people in the city. I will help you build and incredible life in The Entertainment Capitol of the World. Join me, I want you in my click. Together, we become stronger and more powerful.

We're the people who CEOs call when they want secret tables at the clubs. We sign NDAs with corporate executives when they fly in. Basically, from Vegas' most exciting real estate to Vegas' most thrilling nightlife perks, we're the reason Vegas had to invent "What Happens Here Stays Here".

Enjoy the festivities and remember to help someone in need. Remember to accept, share in the gratitude of season with your family, and forgive those who have hurt you. Only your own EGO can stop you from experiencing love. EGO is not what you think (if someone appears stuck up, etc. it is your own insecurity and self fear).

Try not to judge others, see contrast as beauty and choice, be at peace with yourself, and enjoy the abundance of magic that you start to obtain. Take delight in the romance of living.

While I may look a tad bizarre to some (depending on their own insecurities and EGO), I am great. My body is rocking from exercise, my cheeks are flush from passion, my heart is pumping by being in love, I don't judge people, nor do I take offense when someone doesn't like me. That is their privilege, it is not my right to persuade them otherwise (nor would I wish to).

The most grateful city in America.

Rather than looking at it negatively, I've learned what a blessing my city and I have been given. Vegas is not the country's hardest hit city. We are the country's most humbled city.

Vegas stands as the beacon of American freedom. Our people are grateful for you and your travels to our state. MGM MIRAGE CityCenter has now received multiple Gold LEED certifications (the media is reporting that ARIA is now the world's largest Gold LEED certified hotel.) That is important and is worthy of you telling a friend.

Greetings locals,

I wanted to take the time to thank all of my Las Vegas business locals for everything they have done during these challenging times. From developers, to media, to real estate agents, to politicians, to journalists, to democrats, to republicans - thank you.

I have taken time to reflect and want to announce that I've decided to fully let go of any animosity and past bad feelings in exchange for a happier, healthier, approach to helping our city recover. My goal is to live as an ego-less human who is willing to offer assistance to those who seek it, yet not attack those who do not.

I believe we all owe it to ourselves and our city to stick together as much as possible. I have learned to respect that we all have a job to do, and it is not my right to tell anyone how to live. My focus is on helping people (both locals and outsiders) better understand the residential Las Vegas high-rise condo and Las Vegas custom home markets.

Today, I stand as a financially broken man (see below video). However, I stand more spiritually sound than ever. I stand with a strong city behind me. I have a wonderful family, great friends, and seasoned colleagues (YOU). No human could ask for more. I stand as a person with great love for Vegas.

Most importantly, we stand together. We are the survivors of a great challenge. I look forward to overcoming with all of you, and building a bright future for Nevada. My belief in the good that is coming is strong.

In particular, I want to thank MGM MIRAGE for getting CityCenter, Veer Towers, Mandarin Oriental, and Vdara done (this is crucial to our city's recovery). I want to apologize to local media for being so tough. And I want to thank all of my real estate colleagues. Also, another thanks to MGM MIRAGE for all the out-of-state women I meet in your properties (see above from last weekend)!

Within each of us, recovery and abundance can be easily obtained. Many think we will fail. However, they have no clue on the resolve, power, and ability of Nevadans.

Working together, just imagine the possibilities.
