Since May 2012 our real estate team has been trying out the "Tour" version of the traditional Open House. Our goal was to make sure more of our sellers were getting the exposure they want, while making it a little more interesting than a traditional Open House. 
Why spend two or three hours waiting for clients in one house, when in the same time, you could show four or five houses? The sense of adventure, urgency and fun is built in with bright,  cheerful signs, snappy format and precise timing.
