You still have time to get here for the tradition! Every year, Steamboaters fill a snow covered Main Street for the Diamond Hitch Parade with the high school ski band, horses pulling kids on skis and other unique festivities that accompany Winter Carnival. Saturday night festivities include the "Lighted Man" and fireworks galore on Howelsen Hill. If you have never experienced it, you owe it to yourself to a visit to Steamboat this weekend.
