We all have our own methods to our success.  For me it is pretty simple.  Communication. When something changes or happens on a mortgage loan I simply take the time to notify all parties involved of the change of status.  Especially if this is a home loan purchase.
When someone calls me I call them back immediately.
Sure product knowledge and having the products available are important but above all I think communication sets me apart.

Time to take a break and post something other than work, politics etc!
I was reading up on different techniques of brining and different solutions.  So, goofing off with a new recipe (maybe it isn't new..who knows, I just threw it together.) the other day that turned out to be really good. 
Measurements are rough estimates not precise.
