Three Utah metro areas, Provo/Orem, Ogden/Clearfield, and Salt Lake City were in the top five best housing markets.

According to a new article in Business Week, The Ogden Clearfield area ranks number 4 nationally for good housing markets. For the third quarter of 2007 it had almost 14% price appreciation. Over the past five years Ogden Homes for Sale have appreciated by more than 40%.
