Many people shop the market for months and look for the best deal....bank owned and short sales are not all peaches and cream. So the person who made the accepted offer on this home got everything they wanted and the sellers were very easy going.The transaction is going nice and smooth ,a far cry from what you hear and read about. Great right!!! yes its fantastic, except for the fact that these people spent the better part  of a year looking for that sweet deal 2 contracts and homes later they make a nice deal with a nice seller but until then it was wasted … (1 comments)

I was reading a report and it was mentioning the states most effected by foreclosure and the were rambling off things like 1 out of 84 homes in Las Vegas was FORECLOSED ON!!!
This being said people need to realize that these are actually old statistics. It takes in NJ around 1 year to 2 years of not paying your mortgage before the sheriff comes knocking on your door.
In another 2 years I believe that these stats will not change . Id like to see how many LIZ PENDENS are filed every month....now that's a real time statistic. The stuff … (4 comments)
