Taking a So-So Photo and Making it a Great Photo - 06/29/11 08:48 AM
In the real estate buisiness not all photography is made equall. Some of us have bought expensive equipment but that wont gaurantee a sharper image or a better picture everytime. Photographs of the property for sale can make or break the buyer from their computer. I have actually had clients say they were not going to look at a house because there was a lack of pictures...good thing they looked as they bought that house after all. Don't hide your listings, people want photos so thanks for the advice on making good photography work in Real estate sales. Via Kristine Ginsberg (Morris (1 comments)
The Landscape: 2011 Last year, income tax planning was particularly challenging. Several tax deductions had already expired, and significant changes, including new, higher income tax rates, were scheduled to take effect at the end of the year. Legislation passed in mid-December, however, hit the "reset" button, reinstituting already-expired deductions, and extending major tax provisions--including lower rates--for an additional one to two years. Because of the December legislation, 2011 tax planning takes place in an environment characterized by something that was missing last year;a relative degree of certainty. That being said, here are some things to keep in mind as you review (0 comments)

Good negotiating in real estate isn't about coming out victorious over the other side, it's about understanding the seller's motivations and striking a deal that satisfies all parties as much as possible. The following tips can help you survive the negotiation of a real estate purchase: Don't focus on price only (1 comments)

Are you looking for a Gem in the ruff? Look no Further they are all gems - 06/03/11 09:21 AM
With a little sweat equity you could be in with the crowd of folks that will be saying..."I am so Glad I bought when I did!!!" and thats because of 3 major things; low home prices due to the abundance of inventory and forclosures. The cost of $$$ is also super cheap and because the likely hood of this oppurtunity to raise its head again will, in my opinion not be for 30 years!!!
