If there are any realtors out there along the coast or near a flood plain you may want to speak with your buyers about Flood insurance....read on...so you can help protect yourself and your clients

Someone elses loss could be your gain. A worry free home that was rebuilt to last the homeowner forever as he never planned on moving. 1 1/2 yrs later thing change and he has decided to relocate with his partner to ggeener pastures. This house is a great buy. Its on my street on I can see it frommy window. its extremley well kept as is the whole street. Silver Ridge neighborhood established in 64' is close to GSP, The Hospital,down down district....yoiu name it its 5 minutes away. Super location!!!!! Super home!!!! The National Association of Realtors' advocacy efforts recently have won three key victories for commercial practitioners, says NAR Treasurer Bill Armstrong.
 Regulators delayed a decision to expand lease accounting rules that could have limited financing options for commercial lessees and lessors.
The SBA expanded its commercial refinance program, a win for struggling businesses. And Congress repealed an accounting rule that would have been burdensome for small landlords and agents who work with them. It's been a great month for our industry.

 Tomorrow is also the date for the Fall flushing of fire hydrants, beginning at 8 a.m. and continuing until all flushing has been completed. You may notice a slight, harmless discoloration of the water while the process is underway. The discoloration will clear up if you let the water run for a few extra minutes. so please don't freak out :)
