I was reading a report and it was mentioning the states most effected by foreclosure and the were rambling off things like 1 out of 84 homes in Las Vegas was FORECLOSED ON!!! This being said people need to realize that these are actually old statistics. It takes in NJ around 1 year to 2 years of not paying your mortgage before the sheriff comes knocking on your door. These changes were based on a study conducted by the University of Georgia, which showed that the existing USDA cooking times were longer than needed to assure safety and doneness. The data supported reductions of 15 minutes to one hour, depending on the size of the bird. The USDA has come up with a one-temperature-suits-all for poultry safety: 165 degrees F.
