I just wanted to comment on what a beautiful afternoon it is.  I am sitting in  my office with the windows open and there is a peaceful breeze blowing through the house.  We have great weather here in the Charlotte area don't we?  Coming from Chicago, I think I am entitled to say that  :)  Have a great day everyone!!

You know what is so cool about being in real estate?  The fact that we can be out on a lake, enjoying the weekend with friends, and still be doing business.  The best advice I ever got when I started real estate, was to do the things you like to do, and turn it into prospecting.  No matter what you like to do, you will 99% of the time come in contact with other people, new people.  New people means new friends, which means new prospects!  Don't be afraid to let everyone you meet know what you do!  Sometimes my friends poke fun at me, when they introduce me to new people they will even say, and she will probably ask you if you need any real estate assistance.  :)  They think its funny, I think its great!!  Cause you never know, and it means I am doing my job!  You can bet that if any of my friends ever hear someone talking about needing an agent, they will mention me first!!  So next time you go hiking, bowling, to the bar, or wherever you like to spend time, take some cards with you, and have them handy!!  Hope everyone is having a wonderful and BUSY weekend!!

Every day in this business is an adventure.  I am sure you can all relate to that.  And part if it comes from meeting new people every day.  I personally love meeting new people.  I could make it a hobby, except I have already made it my job.  I have met some of the most fantastic people since I joined the real estate world a little over a year ago.  But I have also met some people I just don't understand.  Are we all in this together?  Isn't the whole game networking, making connections, keeping connections, and making money?  What blows my mind is when people think they don't need other agents.  I know ethics is a subject that has been beaten to death.  It just seems that for some people it goes in one ear and out the other.  I don't want to get into specifics, I just wanted to say thank you to those people who make my job fun, and my career progressive.  Thank you!
