Make Your Home an "After" Part 2 - 01/11/11 12:46 PM
Last week I talked about the need for a stager in the sale of home in today's market. This week I would like to add a few more ideas that can be done with a stager or without. Helping your home sell quickly means taking "You" out of it and putting the "buyer" in it. This means that you need to look at your market with your realtor and see who is the mostly like to buy in your area. Is it a singles' area, young families' or empty nesters' for example. Thinking about selling, then think about staging. The Boehm Team offers a consultation with a starger as this as part of their listing packet. Homes that are lived in sometimes just need a little something to make them shine and appealing to a possible buyer. Occasionally a seller may be using a room for something other then its original purpose and the stager can bring it back to what it should be allowing the buyer to identify with the room. Also a home that is vacant sometimes needs a little something to help the buyer visualize themselves in the house. Our favorite stager, Sandra (1 comments)
