I know, I know, its still nearly 100 degrees out there, but seriously it will be fall by the calendar in a month and maybe by the temperature shortly there after. :) Clean out the rain gutters - To clean, use a high pressure hose to get rid of the debris and then finish it with a trowel to get the last of whatever happens to be hanging out in your gutters. This summer, Fannie Mae recommended to the mortgage institutions that they should start requesting for a second review of a potential borrower's credit report just before closing. The reason behind this being that a borrower could have done somethingt "naughty" between the time they applied for the loan and the closing.
