Are You Working in The Cloud

There has been so much hype lately about Working in The Cloud where you store your files and manage your database via web based programs.

realtor: Now I’m Walking Tall With My Head Held High - 10/21/11 05:01 PM
Now I’m Walking Tall With My Head Held HighReflecting back on the past week it has carried it's share of stress and anxiety. Admittedly I even had my Albuquerque Realtor tail feathers ruffled once or twice.  With that being said I am glad to have three separate Albuquerque home buyers under contract.  Looking back I can be proud of how I conducted myself this past week even with a few extra squabbles. Now I’m walking tall with my head held high.
How are your Feathers this week?

I read a post online from a writer who was warning buyers about the dangers of working with a real estate agent. So here is my reply to that post. I'm not going to link to it because I don't want to give the writer any good SEO or “google juice” from a link. But you can guess what he said as the “gospel truth” by my 5 … (0 comments)

realtor: America The Beautiful and Pikes Peak Colorado - 10/07/11 03:55 PM
While camping at Garden of the Gods in Colorado my wife and I planned to check out Pikes Peak in Colorado.  So early to bed and early to rise with visions of Pikes Peak dancing in our head we woke to find the years first snow on the 14,115 ft Pikes Peak!  We quickly headed up the road towards the Peak.  We were actually the first people (behind the snow plow) making for a pristine sight.  Not a deep snow but still a beautiful clean, crisp blanket covered the steep road and surrounding mountain.  Looking down we were in awe at the breath taking views and understood … (36 comments)

realtor: Southwest Architecture Found In Old Church’s - 10/06/11 08:46 AM
Old Southwest Churches are one of our favorite things to photograph. My wife and I often discuss what tales the old Church’s would tell if they could speak. We find old southwestern Church’s have so much character, personality and in a way quiet wisdom.  If we’re lucky enough to find one that’s unlocked the silence found on the inside normally brings an eerie calmness.  Notice the old bell still hangs and the hand carved doors that welcome all into this old southwestern Church.

realtor: Albuquerque City Zoo Has A New Baby Giraffe - 09/14/11 05:04 PM

The ABQ Bio Park announced the Albuquerque city zoo has a new baby Giraffe!  Friday lucky zoo visitors actually witnessed the birth of the healthy 150-pound giraffe!  Mom June began showing signs of labor around 1p.m. and gave birth at 2:30 p.m.  It’s amazing but the calf was up and walking within an hour and half of being born!  Zoo medics have not gotten close enough to the baby to tell if it’s a boy or girl so Albuquerque’s new baby giraffe has not been named at this time.  June has raised 6 calves at the Albuquerque Zoo and she’s … (21 comments)

realtor: Mom It's Dinner Time - 09/14/11 12:03 PM
We enjoy the daily chirps and flapping of wings of the baby House Finches as they call out Mom it’s dinner time!  One late Albuquerque afternoon while watching their antics we noticed the female House Finch fly to the feeder get a single grain then fly back to feed each baby one by one.  This went on till all babies were fed meaning numerous trips for mom.  It seems odd that the babies are as large as the adults, can fly and yes seemingly able to feed themselves.  We couldn’t resist this great photo op never dreaming we’d zoom in close … (20 comments)
