This will be no surprise to Colorado Licensed Loan Originators, but as a real estate agent, or borrower, it might be news to you.  When we started this "walk down the aisle" with State regulation and licensing of Mortgage Loan Originators approximately 11,000 individuals signed up to become licensed.  It was pretty easy: fingerprints, clean CBI report, Broker's Bond, and E & O Insurance.
