It's Time. You are ready to put your home up for sale. But are you really ready? I mean is your house or condo really ready? Many sellers don't do the math before they list their property. Meaning they don't evaluate what it is they are selling and how it adds up to potential buyers once the listing campaign begins. Evaluating how a property totals up against current listing competition is key in order to price correctly and present your package. If the guy down the street sold or is listing for a certain amount, that doesn't necessarily mean you (6 comments)
Thanks to everyone of you who took the time out of your busy schedules to attend the RESA Inland Empire Meet and Greet. We had a great turn out, I was very disappointed I was not able to attend to meet all of you. Thanks so much to Michelle Minch our RESA Regional VP and Shannon Miles of Cort Furniture Rentals for their work to make the meeting a success. Our next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 7 at Cort Furniture Rental in Ontario. We will be meeting from 11 to 1. At this meeting we will vote (3 comments)
