Looking out on Elliot Bay, I watched the sail boats line up for a sunset practice. Setting buoys in precise locations, hoisting sails, and manning stations aboard each vessel to run the course.
I am reminded by this exercise that it is important to use the tools available, know the meaning of team work, and trust your instincts. As I watch the wind billow in the sails, the sun sets beyond the clouds, on another beautiful day in Seattle.
