So we are coming down to the end of the year and just as we have been saying all year, the sky is NOT falling.  Neither are prices!  But inventory is!!!!  We track the markets very closely.  Here's some interesting facts:

As we have been saying for some time now, the market may have hit bottom.  Overall transaction volume is off by an average of 25% but median and average prices are holding steady with some markets seeing rises in property values.  One market that is way up on transaction volume is Lincoln RI as evidenced below:
 As you can see the prices have declined and transaction volume is up.  This is a result of a few large condominium projects on the low end that sold very well.  this DOES NOT mean that your property in Lincoln was worth less this year than … (2 comments)
