CDPE - Charfen's Blog: Short Sale Flips - 06/23/09 06:36 PM
The practice of flipping short sales is at best unethical, and at worst illegal. Learn the facts, and understand why as a real estate agent, your first responsibility should be to the homeowner. Don't jeopardize your license and integrity over the potential for a fast profit.
I believe it's important to protect yourself in today's market, because if you can't practice in this business, you can't help people. It's vital to remain educated on the issues and dangers out there in the market, so that you can help homeowners through short sales and other foreclosure prevention measures.

This process was invaluable and in one case we adjusted our … (40 comments)
