Have you heard of Prosper.com?  This is a new way for consumers and investors who want to borrow money and invest money to connect online.  Peer to peer private lending? Though it seems to me this might be a bit risky to say the least, especially for the investor, the fact remains that there are over 1,150,000 members and $264,000,000 in personal loans funded already. If that doesn't grab your attention, some of the creative ways this is being used will for sure.

Zillow Launches Premier Agent Special Offers - 10/06/11 04:03 PM
Today, Zillow is announcing new features to the Zillow Premier Agent Program to further increase exposure for agents’ listings. One new feature, Zillow Special Offers, allows agents to add an offer for homebuyers who find the listing on Zillow.  Only Premier Agents can add a “Zillow Special Offer” to their listings. An example might include $1000 credit off closing costs. Special Offers are paid for by the seller.
