Thursday, November 13th, The National Association of Women In Construction (NAWIC) gathered for their monthly business meeting and dinner at Antonino's in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The National Association of Women In Construction was founded in 1953 by 16 women in order to create a support network for women in the construction industry. Today NAWIC has a membership of approximately 5,500 women nationwide and international groups as well in Australia, New Zealand,The United Kingdom and South Africa.

Apothecary jars have been around for centuries and became popular for wide use in the 1400's. Europeans used them as pharmaceutical jars that would hold the many different dried herbs, potions, drugs and fruit pulps. They also held cosmetics and perfumes.
Today many of these cylindrical shapes are being brought back to life in glass form and used for decorative purposes instead. Manufactured in a variety of colors, shapes and sizes, apothecary jars have become a staple in today's home decor.

Last year, Justine and I staged a bachelors pad that just so happened to have flooring that screamed out ... RED ALERT! The real estate agent warned us about what to expect upon arrival, but.........YIKETY-YIKES! Kitchen- BEFORE What do you do with this! This kitchen flooring sends out a RED ALERT... "Don't Buy This House, Even If It Is Your Last Resort"! Clients aren't always open to spending money when it comes to selling their home, but in this instance, it was a MUST DO! Kitchens are the largest selling feature in any home, and this kitchen was going to SCARE clients away! SOLUTION: Recommendations to remove (14 comments)
