Good Morning,
I am just posting a friendly reminder for those who have not taken advantage of receiving all 3 of your credit reports free this year.  You are entitled to them and it is always a good idea to know what's on your credit report!
You have three ways to get your free annual credit report.
1.  Call 1-877-322-8228, you can request all 3 of your credit reports and have them delivered by snail mail.  Just answer a few easy quick questions.
2.  Write to each of them and request your free copy.

Hud has this amazing program going on now until September which it allows you to purchase a hud home with only $100 down payment!
Find a hud authorized Realtor.  Find a repitable loan officer, bank, or credit union to get your pre-approval.  If you don't know of a loan officer your Realtor can help you find one.
To qualify for this program you must be approved for a Fha loan.  Here is an example of how the program works.

Here is the Cherokee county real estate report for the month of February.  Area 114 listings days on the market average is 48 days with 55 listings and 17 pending, 6 sold.  If you would like to know about any area please send me a email, I would be happy to assist.

COBB COUNTY REAL ESTATE ACTIVITY REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY - 03/10/08 03:51 PM
 
Here is the Cobb county monthly real estate activity report for the month of February.  Area 71 listings days on the market averages out to be about (they only have 26 homes for sale)58 days.  Area 72 average days on the market is 119 days but more than have of those listings are being sold.
