When it is time to sell what may be the biggest asset of your life. Why would you leave the sale up to fate? Placing a sign up, with flyer's, and listing it on several websites, is just like leaving it up to fate. That type of marketing is not effective for selling a property. In order for a property to sell for the largest profit possible and the least amount of time, you have to market it correctly.
