myspace: A retraction...

Previously I may have stated that I didn't believe MySpace to be an effective form of networking and marketing. Now I must reanalyze my thinking. Although I sought out this person to answer their question, this situation may very well lead into a great referral opportunity. On a simple post asking about capital gains and 1031's I was able to privately email an individual, make contact and am actually in the process of finding out the details to their situation. They have expressed interest in selling a very nice income property. Upon my follow up I will find out all the (5 comments)
myspace: AR v. Myspace

I stumbled upon AR about a month ago. I was invited through another networking website that was not really for networking but more for gossip. You may well have heard of "Myspace", well the networking, information, and ideas I get here are so far above. The other site was like a huge billboard for MLM's, pyramid sales, and shady websites. I was so impressed by the quality of AR and the lack of annoying self promotion that I haven't posted one topic on the other site since. I've been in for less than a month and am still hoping to work some referrals back and (9 comments)
