Great News!

Mortgage Rates have dropped significantly.  Below are some key rates from my companies rate sheet.  With these low rates more buyers should be in the market to take advantage.  This also is a good time for any clients in the past that did not qualify due to income, they may be approved now with the lower rates bringing down the debt ratios.   

Key Rates:  

 30 year fixed FHA mortgage 4.5 %

 5/1 FHA arm 3.75 %

Conventional 30 year 4.625 %

5/1 Conventional 3.36 %

15 year conventional 4.25 %  

This should be very good for all of us.  Lets close some deals!
