Winter break is over and school is back in full swing. Perhaps it is global warming, but the buyers are blooming early this year. Our partners ended January with a single-day record, receiving 85 referrals in 24 hours. The industry is changing. We can all feel it. First listings were available on IDX, just as a teaser. Then came VOW and a whole new level of engagement was possible online. A few brave souls blazed the way with agent reviews online (ok, even us). Soon consumers will demand reviews, just like they demand access to all the listings, and a URL for your business. That shift to transparency will shine the light, brighter than ever, on the professional, full-time, agent that lives, breathes, sleeps, and eats customer service.
