Lease-Purchase vs. Lease-Option - what's the difference? - 06/27/07 01:49 PM
We have been asked a lot recently what the difference is between a "lease-purchase" and a "lease-option", or "lease with option to purchase". Here's an explanation of the two: LEASE-PURCHASE: Lease-purchase has 2 simultaneous contracts completed - a lease agreement, as well as a purchase agreement, that are tied together. People think about it because they don't want to get stuck with a broken down car if they need to get to work. What most people don't think about is that the same rules apply for your household appliances. If you take care of them properly, they will last longer, and who really likes to go shopping for new appliances, let alone shelling out money that you would rather (2 comments)
Tips for fighting West Nile Virus - 06/23/07 08:54 PM
Hello - We are fortunate here in AZ that West Nile Virus is not a common problem. However, we need to take steps to ensure that remains the case! Maricopa County has an agressive plan to combat the spread of West Nile by finding and treating mosquito breeding sites and eliminating adult mosquitoes. TAKE THESE PRECAUTIONS TO REDUCE YOUR RISK OF CONTRACTING WEST NILE: Keep your decorative fountains and swimming pools/spas clean and operational. Maintain your evaporative cooler. Repair damaged window and door screens. When outdoors, apply a mosquito repellant, or wear long sleeves and pants to prevent mosquito bites. (Not (0 comments)
