Hiring the right real estate agent is important. Here's an example. I last week I took a look at all the active listings in my own neighborhood. Not a single one had the correct elementary school listed, and one also had the wrong high school. A neighboring community of condos also had more than half incorrectly list the elementary school. ( And some of these agents are well known or "area specialists"). Why is this important? Many people search for homes based on the school.
