My real estate team has a small list of things we can do to help sell our listings.  We have some things we try at the first and then during the listing, but I am looking for other idea's from Realtors on things you do that set you apart from your competetion. I am in a small market in Ada, OK.

Also,  Just wondering what Realtors would say about the average showings it takes to get an offer?  In the past I have thought that if you had 10 or more showings, you need to do something like adjust the price, decorate or clean up inside or out?

 

I am finding that the national media is affecting the our small town market in Ada, Oklahoma.  Even though we havn't seen the large % gain in real estate like some of the big markets, the public is being persuaded to believe that Real Estate is same all over the country.  This is simply not true and our market is still strong here. We have a lot of new construction in both commercial and residential and Ada is continuing to grow.
