NACA......... Helping Buyers & Current Homeowners - 04/15/10 12:12 PM
Recently I blogged about using Neighborhood Assistance Programs to help homebuyers with the purchase of a house, and it couldn't have been more timely. NACA aka Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America, is currently hosting it's "Save the Dream Tour" and it kicks off today on Miami Beach, FL. It will run for 5 continuous days; ending on Monday April 19th. Other cities are also lined up for the tour.

Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP).....A Boost for Homebuyers - 04/05/10 10:31 AM
This past weekend I posted a blog regarding the $8,000 tax credit for first time homebuyers and touched on other government funded programs; particularly the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP).
There has been a lot of hype about government funded programs and stimulus' since we've entered the recession. The $8,000 tax credit for first time home buyers seem to be the most popular; however it's not the only program available out there for home buyers.
