The Blackberry® app is scheduled for release in February 2011. My real estate clients now have the ability to check out houses whenever they want, wherever they want from their smart phone. A: It seems that Homeland Security is going to have its "hands full" (pun intended) for a while. After U.S. authorities requested tighter security in response to the Christmas Day attempt to bomb an airliner in Detroit, airline passengers across the world are now faced with body searches and new limits on hand luggage.
The security breach by Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab of Nigeria who boarded Northwest Airlines Flight 253 and tried to set off an incendiary device as the plane was landing should come as little surprise after the discovery twelve days earlier of a mistaken online posting containing sensitive security (6 comments)

Has Lower Mainland real estate evolved? The simple answer is yes, and our local housing market continues to change. Since 1996, the development of regional and municipal town centres has been the focus of Metro Vancouver's Liveable Region Strategic Plan. This growth strategy was adopted to make complete communities with amenities and jobs convenient to where people live. A large proportion of the population surge was planned to be concentrated in these town centres and, in particular, in smaller multi-family units - a desirable home for many baby boomers who want to downsize for retirement.
