In preparing to teach a seminar last week, I set out to research the latest video numbers. What I found, was surprising! Video use on the web is rising at an astronomical rate...a rate that has never been seen before on the web. According to comSource: *Visitors spend an average of 75% longer on websites with video *In April 2009, Americans watched 16.8 billion videos online. That's a 16% increase from the March 2009. *Google sites reached an all-time high of 107.9 videos viewers in April 2009. *85% of consumers go online first before making a purchase (this includes homes) … (24 comments)
