All I did was.... take it from dust and construction to elegant master bedroom! - 02/21/11 04:45 PM
Terra Moda Developments is building 18 town homes in downtown Toronto in the Beaches area.
Advantage Staging was called in to design the model home to appeal to the young professionals that live in the area.

All I did was....take it from neutral vacant to pretty in pink! - 02/02/11 02:19 PM

Staging also helps to highlight the focal points in a room such as windows or archtectural details.
This is how the bedroom looked before staging. It just doesn't say "buy me" to a person seeing it for the first time.

When I entered the kitchen that's when I saw the "green elephant" sitting there. Hunter green kitchen cabinets with hunter green formica counter tops. They were also in the master ensuite (double vanity!) and the main bathroom.

The first thing I recommended was to paint the cabinets a neutral colour … (20 comments)
