I stumbled on this new company Varolo offering to pay you to Watch Commercials 10 minutes a day online. You basically join in a village or a community, and for each commercial you watch, you rate it, do this for 10 minutes a day and you get points towards a monthly Jackpot. At the same time, you are earning money depending on how many people are in your "Village".

I think the company Varolo has come up with an excellent business model for advertisers to not only promote their products but to gain feedback on their commercials.

We (the Investors) bought this secured package of lousy paper back in July with the stipulation that only a certain percentage of our $100 Million investment portfolio would we allow to write down as a loss through...um...what do Realtors call it.....OH!........"Short Sales".

I have to say that I am not surprised to find this information even in Maryland's beautiful Harford County! Bel Air Maryland has two different zip codes. 21014 has 6,805 loans of which 4.25% are 90+ days delinquent and 21015 has 5,653 loans of which 4.23% are 90+ days delinquent.
Let's do the MATH! - 1+....3....carry the 5....scratching head....move the decimal....YEP....OUCH!!
I am NOT reading those numbers in the headlines.....and here are some others....
Abingdon (Harford County) - 6,951 Loans of which 6.60% are 90+ days delinquent.

For the second consecutive week, Mid-Atlantic market reporting contains some strange year-over-year variations caused by comparing this year's activity to last year's stunted "Snowpacalypse" market activity. For the week ending February 19 there were 36.1 percent more signed purchase agreements than there were a year ago during the massive storm.
To get a clearer picture of market conditions, we can look at the last 3 months of activity. In that view, Pending Sales have jumped by 16.1 percent.
