GET PAID to WATCH COMMERCIALS? so WHY not GET PAID to PREVIEW your HOME for SALE? - 03/25/11 03:03 PM
I stumbled on this new company Varolo offering to pay you to Watch Commercials 10 minutes a day online. You basically join in a village or a community, and for each commercial you watch, you rate it, do this for 10 minutes a day and you get points towards a monthly Jackpot. At the same time, you are earning money depending on how many people are in your "Village".
I think the company Varolo has come up with an excellent business model for advertisers to not only promote their products but to gain feedback on their commercials. NOW....Let's apply THIS to (2 comments)

Our business decision now is let it go to Foreclosure! We have to simply cut our loss somewhere. I understand our servicers have fancy websites now (BOA) that (0 comments)

MARYLAND ASSOCIATION of REALTORS Opposes SB 160/HB 177 - Costly Unwarranted Septic Legislation - 03/14/11 06:22 PM
Currently, both the Senate Education, Health & Environmental Affairs Committee and the House Environmental Matters Committee are considering costly septic legislation for not only new housing but have also considered language that includes existing housing as well (Senate Bill 160/House Bill 177 Environment - On-Site Sewage Disposal Systems - Nitrogen Removal). This legislation is separate and not to be confused with what the Governor spoke of during his State of the State address which has strongly been urged to have a Task Force Summer Study the issue during both the Senate and House hearings. Please urge your legislators to oppose SB 160/HB 177, so that a (0 comments)

The foreclosure business spares no one....even this lovely historic bed and breakfast in northern Baltimore County. This lavishly refurbished country estate in Monkton with 10 suites that offered whirlpool tubs and spa showers was offered and sold at foreclosure auction on February 23, 2011. The property dated back to colonial times and boasted a beatifully appointed Victorian Inn, a guest house, four stall horse barn and riding ring all situated on approximately 23 acres of land at 15820 Old York Road. Only a few people showed up at the auction on the court house steps and no other bids were (0 comments)
Maryland February 2011 REAL ESTATE MARKET, Strong Sales, Weak New Listings, Declining Inventory, Stable Prices....WOW! - 03/03/11 01:50 PM
For the second consecutive week, Mid-Atlantic market reporting contains some strange year-over-year variations caused by comparing this year's activity to last year's stunted "Snowpacalypse" market activity. For the week ending February 19 there were 36.1 percent more signed purchase agreements than there were a year ago during the massive storm. To get a clearer picture of market conditions, we can look at the last 3 months of activity. In that view, Pending Sales have jumped by 16.1 percent. There were 0.5 percent more New Listings for the most recent reporting week compared to last year. Over the last three months there (0 comments)
