      <title>CHANGES TO THE MARYLAND NON-RESIDENT SELLER WITHHOLDING TAX, REAL ESTATE</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Please note upcoming changes to the Maryland Non-Resident Seller Withholding Tax and the Prince George's County Recordation Tax rates for 2008&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Maryland&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt; Tax Rate Changes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Maryland Non-Resident Withholding Tax Rate will increase from 6.75% to 7.5% for individuals. The new rate is effective with settlements taking place on or after July 1st. (The 8.25% rate for entities remains unchanged.)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Additionally, the Prince George's County Recordation Tax will increase from $4.40 per $1,000 of sales price to $5.00 per $1,000 effective with settlements taking place on or after July 5&lt;sup&gt;th&lt;/sup&gt;. 2008&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Mothers Day Gift for My Wife.....an REO PROPERTY!</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Well, we have been working on this deal for several months. After frustrations from myself, the listing agent and my mortgage broker...we thought the deal was gone. My wife's "Dream Home" was discounted by almost $100,000 and the bank was paying ALL my closing costs (pat on the back for my negotiations)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;After a couple of extensions, the Bank pulled the listing from the Asset Company. They wanted a $9,000 non-refundable deposit with a guarantee to close in 3 days.......I gave in.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Nervously I did it.....and now, the painter has started, we are packing...the kids have picked out their rooms and we have a house almost triple the size of our current home, pool, decks, sun-room...and only 2 minutes from where we live now.&lt;/p&gt;

You will find everything from April Fools to New Years, Halloween, Thanksgiving and even celebration days&amp;nbsp;not celebrated&amp;nbsp;by most in this&amp;nbsp;country. SSooooo........&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I was not surprised when I turned on the computer this morning to find Google on my browser.....just plain ol&amp;#39; GOOGLE.
