Good News for our area home sales over the past year! Solds for the 49307 zip code are up over 9 percent! (Big Rapids and surrounding nearby areas). This is a very optimistic sign of improvement for our area, and hopefully the trend will continue to improve into 2013! There are some dips in sales here and there, but overall, it is looking better!
