Catalina Isles is conveniently located in the heart of Merritt Island. I have lived in this neighborhood since 1999. I like that the grocery stores are nearby as well as the restaurants we visit regularly. Merritt Island had a small town feel.
Currently there are 9 homes for sale in Catalina Isles. No foreclosures. 3 of the 9 active listings are Short Sales. The price ranges are $77,000- $259,900 for direct waterfront. Approval of Amendment 4 would give voters new power to reject local land-use plans at the ballot box.
