Once you select the Brevard County home you want for your family, or investment property, getting the offer together is easy! I need 3 basic items to write a purchase contract.
1) Contact info: Legal spelling of the names on the purchase contract. Buyers current address and emails for everyone on the purchase contract ( if buyer is out of town, we can easliy do an electronic signature)
2) Dollar amounts: Your offer,escrow and loan amount. Many buyers in Brevard County are paying cash now so there is no loan.
3) Dates: Closing date and the date when the inspection will be completed.

Tommy's Pizzeria has opened in Merritt Island in the same plaza that houses Exit Island & Beach Realty. The new owner of Tommy's came by our office the other day with one of his hand tossed cheese pizzas and I must tell you it was awesome!
With only a handful of mom and pop pizzerias left on Merritt Island I look forward to having one so close to my work as well as my Catalina Isles subdivision neighborhood.
