ENJOY the Florida Gulf Coast, but be SAFE! Lightning is DANGEROUS in Florida. Just this week, lightning killed an Oklahoma man on vacation in South Florida. State officials said about nine people are killed and 39 injured in Florida each year by lightning.

I was able again to list and get to contract on a short sale.  Boy... those classes pay off!
