holiday: Busiest Place in Town Today on July 4th - 07/04/08 01:00 PM
This morning I showed someone a house.  The streets of Bryan and College Station had very little traffic on them, which is unusual for us.  I saw one family riding bicycles with their children.  That was nice to see...something free for the family and an adventure in nature.

holiday: Have A Happy and Safe 4th of July - 07/03/08 04:20 PM
When my girls were young, we always went to the lake to swim and have a picnic.  We really enjoyed it.  Now that they are grown, we just stay home and relax...which is a good thing also.

Are you looking for something different to do this coming weekend? Drive over to see what the city of Brenham has to offer on November 30 and December 1st.  Brenham is a short 30-40 mile drive from College Station.  It is only 68 miles west of Houston and 88 miles east of Austin.
