The Power of networking can be a very tangible thing! I'm sure many of your belong to various groups; chambers of commerce, BNI, alumni associations etc., and the benefits are clear. However, there is a catch! I have found that many people simply like being part of a greater group, but are not results driven. To truly benefit from these associations you must be active in many ways, the subtleties of which I will get in to in a later post. As I began to put my Networking in to high gear, I found the need to find a group that was RESULTS DRIVEN. (2 comments)

BUYERS BE THOROUGH! Don't forget the For Sale By Owner Market (edit/delete) Don't forget about the FSBO Market! As inventory backs up and stale listings are pulled off of MLS, the private seller may be ready to accept the right offer. Maybe you drive by the property every day or just happen across it and see that beckoning sign? The sign packs a little more mystery, and it can be tougher to gauge the motivation of the seller.
