From January 1st to January 31st, 2007 four homes sold in the North Slope Historic District of Tacoma.
Average Sales Price- $512,250
Average Days on Market- 79 days
Average $ per Sq Ft- $195.27
Average Sq Ft- 2623
Low Sales Price- $259,000
High Sales Price- $725,000
January sales have started off a little slow.  There has only been about a 5% demand for the homes currently listed for sale.  January was definately a buyers market in the NSHD.
