After seeing / hearing wat seems to be the 5,000th politcal ad on TV and radio, spreading fear and misinformation, I'm exhausted. I'm irritated and fed up!
One political ad says Washington State's foreclosure rate is "2 times the national average." Really??!
Yesterday I read the Washington RealtorNews publication for Nov/Dec 2008. Their cover story - "Foreclosures: Where Washington Stands Today." Last year they took and in-depth look at foreclosures in Washington and in this article they look at this year's numbers. Tomorrow is my office's "Paint The Town Red Open House and Food Drive".
I will be at my new listing at 3733 SW 319th St, Federal Way, WA 98023 from 1-4pm. All donations and proceeds will go to Federal Way's Multi Service Center.
"The Multi Service Center provides services to help people unleash their own potential to solve problems and become more self-reliant".  Their services include "food, clothing, housing, education, employment, energy assistance and advocacy for elderly and disabled persons through our Long-Term Care Ombussman Program."
I will be accepting donations of food, household items, clothing, and cash.
