&lt;p&gt;Listening to the peaceful, yet noisy sounds of the sand hill cranes retuning to the area reminds me that spring is here.&amp;nbsp; We&amp;#39;ve had 70 degree temperatures and the snow is finally gone.&amp;nbsp; White Pine Real Estate will be traveling to Milwaukee towards the end of April to visit the Lake Home and Cabin Show (www.lakehomeandcabinshow.com).&amp;nbsp; We will be featuring all of our waterfront properties at the show. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;The market has started to make an upwards turn in the area - there are plenty of properties available.&amp;nbsp; As far as being a buyer&amp;#39;s market, as the national media implies, it is, but in a recreational market there are a lot of sellers that don&amp;#39;t need to sell.&amp;nbsp; I see the best values coming on lakefront property, as prices are stabling.&amp;nbsp; I&amp;#39;m really looking forward to a great spring.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    </content>
