This is a company that produces Selling/Buying side leads to realtors and I wanted to know if anyone has tried it. If you have used this company for leads, was it a good experience or a not so good one? It is a small fortune to join and there is a stiff contract.  Ususally I don't bother with such companies, but this one caught my attention.
