Wool Hats For Our Soldiers - 02/04/10 09:04 AM
On February 25th 2010, the Eastern Bergen County Board of Realtors- Community Service Committee will host a night dedicated to helping our U.S.Troops feel more comfortable. Wool head coverings that go under the helmets of a soldier will be knitted and sent over seas.
 
We care and will help in any way we can.

In the competitive market of Real Estate, we need to ask our potential customers a very important question.
"Are you already working with a Realtor"?
After all, you don't want to spend your valuable time and efforts finding a home for someone that may eventually go on to someone else time and time again. Unexperiecnced buyers think that if they have multiple Realtors looking for homes in their price range, they will find a home quickly. But what they do not realize is that through multiple listing systems and realtor dedication, we see the same inventory that other Realtors see.
