Is Redfin a bogus company? - 11/27/10 03:01 PM
They want me to pay them 30% of the commission I earn and 15% of that 30% goes back to the customer.  Why don't I just give the 30% to the customer?  I don't know much about this company but it seems to me that they don't really provide any service and they want to get paid for doing nothing.  What are your thoughts on this?

This has always been my favorite time of the year. 
Turkey and stuffing aside, for me it's a great day to really give thanks for all the blessings bestowed upon me.  Whether my blessings have been small or great, many or few, I am equally grateful.  My greatest blessing is to live in this Great Country of ours and the smallest is to be able to enjoy a cup of coffee.

The other day, I was answering a question, on another site and someone asked:
"What are the three most important things in a Transaction?"
My answer: "Location, Location, Location.....that was true 23 years ago when I first became a Realtor and it's true now....Oh, but you asked what are the three most important things in a Transaction....to me it would be:
1) Diligence: Pay attention to the deadlines,
2) Communication with all parties, make sure everyone is on the same page,
3) Honesty, always be upfront and
4) never assume that someone else will take care of "it"....
