I would like to share some facts about the current changing market.  The market is changing from a Seller's market to a Buyer's market.  Which means homes that were selling at a high value, quickly, will be on the market longer and drop in value. If listing your home be sure that you can compete in the current market in pricing and condition with your competition  If you are a Buyer have your agent check the sold properties in the area to be sure that the property you are interested in will appraise at sale price.
