Hi
I posted some sales statistics on my website blog (http://ajmasters.com/blog/) for the following communities for the months of November and December 2006.
Lexington Oaks, http://ajmasters.com/blog/ Seven Oaks       http://www.just7oaks.com/ Meadow Pointe   http://www.meadowpointe.com/ I have not posted data for this month yet but it looks like the number of homes sold is going to be low for these three communities in January 2007.
I would be interested to know if anyone in Florida has also experienced the same effect for the month of January.

The instructions that follow will help you use an Automated Internet form I created to estimate your Florida Buyers Real Estate Net Sheet in less than 2 minutes.  
I created this form so I could save time when preparing Net Sheets for my customers rather than using a spreadsheet or a hard copy on paper.

I joined this website last night and I am quite impressed with the concept and how information is shared between users.
I have been trying to read and surf around to learn all the features but I have not been able to figure these two options out very well.
Can someone tell me what "Associates"  or the "Association" link means on the left menu when inside your "My Home" page?
Also, is there an help page or a Feature Information page somewhere?

I ran across a neat website yesterday to place your listing on a Google Map.

The way it works is you register with the site for free and you fill out a form with each of your listing's addresses. 
The application generates a Google Map with the red markers showing where your listings are located.
If you click on any markers, a bubble comes up with your listing info, picture and link to anywhere you want.
The corresponding HTML code is generated from the application and you can insert that code into your website to show where all your listing are located.
